Refund policy
At NEXVI, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. We only provide exchange support for products that arrive damaged.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• An unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must clearly show:
• the sealed package before opening,
• the shipping label/address,
• and the NEXVI logo on the package.
• The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
• The product must be unused and unwashed.
Customers must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
Exchange approval is subject to verification by our team.
