Shipping policy

We currently ship most orders through DTDC Courier Service. In some cases, we may use other courier partners depending on service availability and delivery location.

Estimated delivery time:
• Within Kerala: 7–14 working days
• Outside Kerala: Up to 14 working days depending on the location and courier service availability.

Please note:
• Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Working days do not include Sundays or public holidays.
